I never heard about ENISA before.
ENISA was set up to enhance the capability of the European Union, the EU Member States and the business community to prevent, address and respond to network and information security problems.
In order to achieve this goal, ENISA is a Centre of Excellence in Network and Information Security and is stimulating the cooperation between the public and private sectors.
ENISA presents its latest study on the Collection and Dissemination of Information, related to Emerging Risks in the area of Information Technology.
Identifying Emerging Risks depends on trends for future threats and their reflection on new applications and technology. Thus, building scenarios is one of the key activities in detecting Emerging Risks.
The study can be downloaded here. Seems like a most interesting site to add to my bookmarks!
