Reader Alex Gatti directed me towards the videos of Notacon 4. Might be worth having a look. I might download Hacking headhunters!!! ;-)
NOTACON, an annual conference held in Cleveland, Ohio, explores and showcases technologies, philosophy and creativity often overlooked at other "hacker cons". Our desire is not to supplant other events, but complement them and strike a balance that has gone unnoticed in our community for far too long. With each new year we build upon the successes and knowledge of the previous years. Our goal is to enlighten, educate, and entertain attendees, presenters, and staff alike. We try to do this by finding new ways to apply technology to graphics, art, music, or social interaction.
Notacon espouses an ethos of exploration, participation and positive contributions. Hence, while some of the material we may cover is controversial or potentially "black hat" in nature, we feel it is important to bring light to all topics so that everyone can learn from the experience and create something good, fun or interesting from it.
Speaker bios and talk descriptions can be found at the Notacon 4 speaker list.
Authorized talks had audio and video recordings done as they happened. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the quality of these files. In order to try for completeness, there might be some questionable quality in sound or video at times in some of these recordings.
We would like to thank Eric Pinzur and Tedd for their work recording these presentations.

The Notacon 5 (2008) videos just became availabe at http://www.notacon.org/media/2008media.html, and have been available as a torrent for a couple of weeks now.
It struck me as funny to suddenly see a list of last year's presentations with no mention of 2008. :)
