How to follow The Last HOPE conference without being there (updated)

Well, nobody has the budget or time to visit every interesting security conference out there. So The Last HOPE has started and I'm stuck in Europe. Of the lucky people attending, a lot will cover the conference through their Blog or through Twitter. So let's look for some efficient ways to locate all those posts and tweets out there.

I tried to find a way to filter the public timeline using the Twitter Public Timeline RSS feed and Yahoo Pipes but that wouldn't work right away. So after some googling, I found some website that can help us locate the relevant information:
